MINET INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED, the Insurance broking arm of the Ibru Group of Companies was formed in 1975 with Technical Support provided by MINET-JAMES of London.
In accordance with the requirement of the 1997 Insurance Decree, the Company has an authorized share capital of N50 million with N20 million paid up. In addition to the paid-up share capital of N20 million, the Company has total assets and shareholders’ funds valued at over N100 million.
MINET INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED commenced operations in 1979 in Lagos with highly experienced and professional workforce. The Company which is a member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) deals in all classes of general Insurance including Aviation Risks, Life & Pensions and related Benefit Schemes.
